  This company is uncaring. I've been trying to get this 3rd party insurance off my file for a couple months now and everyone who answers the phone claims they removed it and that I should get confirmation in the mail in a week or 2. It never happens, and if you try to get a supervisor callback, that is broken too. They put you in for a callback and no one calls back..I need my prescription filled, can't get it done.

  I mean you people really expect the government to care about you as a individual human being or care about the phone etiquette. As a organization that gets paid by tax dollars they don't care about customer service or customer satisfaction. They get paid no matter what. wake up and have realistic expectations people!!!

  To start off on a positive, I can't complain with the fact that their representatives answer your call right away opposed to being on hold for over 30 minutes listening to awful hold music. I have contacted them 3 times now. All I wanted, was a list of coverage dates for my family since applied and it has been 2 months now and still have not received 1 document in the mail. I was transferred to 3 different people and each person I spoke with took over 5 minutes to figure out what I was asking for and and made it seem like I was asking for a huge favor they had to go out of their way for. Not to mention the phone etiquette was terrible. Very rude and dismissive.
