- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After vomiting blood from a near deadly prescription prescribed by Dr. Duffy, I was taken to the community hospital across the street. There my vision turned totally white and the ER doctor wanted me sent to the University of Iowa Hospital. Instead I went back to the prison where I vomited blood for three more days before I was rushed to the University of Iowa Hospital for a blood transfusion. I nearly died because the medical staff at this prison is PATHETIC. Dr. Duffy was hired after losing his medical license in two other states. The Anamosa State Penitentiary is as corrupt as Warden William Sperfslage. Don't forget about the flaming treatment director, officer beating inmates, officer getting impregnated by inmates, officers smuggling in liquor in exchange for oral sex with inmates, the escape tunnel that was dug for 362 days, teachers getting terminated due to sexual acts with inmates, Warden Sperfslage lying in federal court . . . .By Todd From Iowa, May 31, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆A solid Republican person with a leash controlled by big business. Lots of free travel paid for by the people of and aforementioned big business. A short guy with a big mouth. Fought to keep small town Post Offices open, but only because he owns several of them and leases them to the USPS (slick huh?) Closed multiple Mental Health centers then complained about the increase of the crazies on the streets. Was the Governor for two terms, let two others play Governor for awhile then came back to punish Iowa some more. Thinks the speed laws don't apply to him and his drivers (Iowa Highway Patrol) Got stopped in his Suburban once and gave the driver a ticket, next thing you know the officer issuing the ticket gets removed.
