  Horrible...... The women who claims to be in charge of the this particular store needs to understand what CUSTOMER SERVICE means. It was the worst experiences I've ever had.

  In summary the owner of this particular branch will try to scam you anyway she can in order to get a dollar. Please do not waste your time if you have to print something they will literally charge you $5 for printing one paper or $6 if their printing machine actually works. I've been to places like copyworks, FedEx, and Office Max and I have only ended up paying less than a dollar to print several pages. If you come to this particular location expect to pay $5 or more just to print a couple pages. Its insane! I should have known better anyway because before I even entered the store the police were out front talking with one of the store clerks, because they have been robbed a second time! The first time they were robbed last year by one of their own former employees.... Not the type of place you want to bring your business to.

  Mixed experiences with staff here. My package was likely overcharged because I let them package it and I paid by phone. Not at all impressed with manager's inability to be polite while handling multiple customers. Luckily there are other options nearby!
